I'm a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Central Florida.
My research focuses on metaphysics and epistemology. As a teacher, I am an aspiring generalist. I have designed and taught courses in social ontology, the history of early analytic philosophy, ancient philosophy, the philosophy of religion, logic, applied ethics, and epistemology, among other areas.
I earned my PhD in philosophy at the University of Virginia in 2019. Before joining the faculty at UCF, I taught philosophy as visiting faculty at Wake Forest University and the University of Notre Dame. I also spent a year as a graduate fellow at Notre Dame's
Center for Philosophy of Religion.
When I'm not doing philosophy, I like to drink coffee, run, and take slow walks with my basset hounds, Copper and Ollie.
